| AMERICAN PIE | Wow, this movie is rude and crude. It is also very funny. Some parts were so gross though that I couldn't laugh. If you are a female you will walk away from this movie having a very poor opinion of guys, but remember, it's only a movie. The movie is outragous, funny, and good. |

| Gladiator | Fantastic movie. Very fun to watch, I have seen it two times in the theatre. If you have not seen it you must. The story is good and so is the action. Best movie of 2000 so far. |

| Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigolo | Pretty good movie. It was a bit corny, typical Saturday Night Live type stuff only better. Not as good however as the other outragous movies that have been out in the past year. Worth Renting. |

| Road Trip | This movie is a crack up. I laughed quite a few times. I was hoping it wouldn't end because it was fun to watch. This is a must see movie. |

| Mystery Alaska | I saw this on video which I am thankful for. It had a couple funny parts but not that funny. Some cheezy immorality between married couples and such and some less than inspiring hocky action. It was kind of boring but watchable. |

| Mummy | This movie was alright. Some strange special effects. A bit silly at times. Good to see at a discount. |

Wars "Phantom Menace" |
This movie gets a pretty mixed review. It was okay because it was Star Wars but it was like watching a Disney movie. It was much too childish, kind of slow (I know of two people who fell asleep during the movie), and lacking of any real suspense. The queen was annoying, that Jar Jar Binks character was super annoying, the pod racing was good, and Darth Maul was great. This movie lacked a Han Solo type character. There are just too many stupid muppet type characters instead of characters that kick ass. Regular guys like Star Wars (unlike Star Trek) but a Regular Guy won't like this movie too well. |

| SOUTH PARK | A good word to describe this movie is FOUL. The movie is totally hilarious and very fun. The atmosphere in the theatre is good too. A fun movie and a fun time. WARNING: THIS CARTOON SHOULD NOT BE SEEN BY CHILDREN. There is relentless use of vulgar language. |

| SIXTH SENSE | This movie was very good. It is somewhat scary but more of a suspenseful thinkers film. There are some pretty gross scenes however. When the movie is over you will be thinking "Wow, this is an interesting movie." You'll want to see it again. |

| RAVENOUS | A very freaky and very scary movie. It will give you the creeps. It is pretty gross in some parts and a bit outragous. The movie is about cannibals located in a remote outpost in the Sierra Nevadas. My girlfriend will never see this movie again and I am still in trouble for taking her to see it. Check this one out. |

| LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS | Fantastic movie, probably my favorite of the year. It is about 4 friends who enter a card game where the stakes are high and they get scammed. So they owe a ton of money and come up with a crooked way of getting it. The movie can be confusing and the accents (British) take getting used to. It's really entertaining with lots of twists and turns. A cool and funny movie. |

| THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW | Cool movie. The atmosphere of the movie was excellent and very dark. The special effects were solid as well. It was fun to watch. It has Christopher Walken in it which was a surprise and you could probably guess who his character was. I just might go see this movie again. |

| DOGMA | Wacky movie. I didn't know anything about the movie going into it, but when I left the theatre I was very pleased. It is a pretty funny movie and quite adverturous. The movie pokes a lot of fun at religion at times so if that bugs you this movie might not be for you. I like the movie, look to right to see how many bags of popcorn it gets. |

| BRING OUT THE DEAD | This movie sucked. It seemed to last forever with no real point to it. The movie was like a bad acid trip (at least what I would believe one to be like). Half way through I had the urge to leave but I couldn't justify that action because I payed money to get in. Also, I'm tired of Nicolas Cage, especially these movies where you here his inner monologue. Give me a break, the guy is not that deep. | NO POPCORN!!!! |
| Hanging Up | This is one of the worst movies I have seen (see below). I would not recommend this movie to anyone. It was really annoying, about 3 chicks who had a lot of money with their priorities out of line. And they were always on the phone. How would you like to watch a movie of someone on the phone all the time? If that is your thing then perhaps you would enjoy this garbage movie. | NO POPCORN!!!! |
| The Ninth Gate | I was all jazzed up to see this movie. This is perhaps the worst movie I have ever seen. It was a couple hours of nothing. Basically this guys looks for a book for 2.5 hours. A few strange things happen but nothing really does happen in this movie. When it was over I felt like the movie was laughing at me, calling me a fool, a sucker, and idiot, for paying money to sit there for a "nothing" movie. | NO POPCORN!!!! |
| Detroit Rock City | This movie is really cool. It is about 4 stoner kids (every school has these kids) that of course want to see the KISS concert. They all go through great ordeals in their attempt to get to the concert. It is a really fun movie with a lot of laughs. I watched it twice and I highly recommend it. The religious wacko mom in the movie is a crack up. |

| Undercover Brother |
This was a funny movie but it wasn't a gut buster. It was like watching an Austin Powers movie. The stereotypes the movie played upon were funny and some of them were new to me, which was a kick. I wasn't aware I am supposed to like sandwiches with lots of mayonaise! The Orange soda thing was new too. Anyhow, the movie was funny overall but it got a little boring after a while. |

| Star Wars "Attack of the Clones" | Despite what a lot of people thought about the movie, I thought it was really good. It was fun to see how the events took place that are leading to the original Star Wars. It wasn't as hokey as some would say. It was a fun movie with action and a bit of a story to it. I would watch this one again. |

| Minority Report | Cool movie. There were some neat futuristic aspects to the movie. The movie did a good job of making you hate a couple of the characters and the movie had a couple twist and turns as well. There were a couple of occasions in the movie that were startling and kind of creepy. Good movie. |

| Spiderman | Very enjoyable movie. Fun to watch, some good comic relief, and lots of action as well. I look forward to the next ones that come out. Because they were out at the same time there is a comparison between Spiderman and Star Wars so I will say that I kind of liked Star Wars a little more if I had to pick between the two. |

| Terminator 3 | What a fun movie! It was a giant slugfest of nonstop action. It has some funny lines in it also which made me laugh outloud a little. If you like action, this is the movie to see. It is as good or better than the previous Terminator flicks. |

| Pirates of the Carribean | To start with, I am not a fan of this Depp guy. He was the main actor in that Ninth Gate movie that I hate so much. He was good in Sleepy Hollow however. I don't like the guy but I will still see a movie if he is in it. Unlike that deCrapio guy. What a joke he is. I don't see what the big deal is, he's just a drama geek. Anyhow, This movie was fantastic. The acting was outstanding. Captian Sparrow was super. The story was cool, the effects were cool, the pirates were cool, and so was the action. This movie had some funny parts which were kind of outragous, especially in the beginning with the "ship." The movie was long and thank goodness because it was a good movie. I kind of want to see it again. I will buy this one for sure on DVD. Go check it out! |

| The Hulk | They should rename this movie "The Hulk of Crap!" I knew that I didn't want to see this movie and I went to day it anyways. It was quite disappointing. The movie was way to long considering the content. You could have cut half the movie out and it still would have worked. Most of the movie was about two nerds getting geeked up on one another. Who wants to see that?! Then there was this storyline regarding the father which was kind of annoying and it ended up being really stupid. The green hulk didn't show up for almost an hour into the F'n movie!! The animation was as bad as i thought it would be but the stupid hulk just leaped around the globe causing destruction. There was a decent amount of action in the movie but that was to be expected, but it was all kind of lame. The way the movie was put together was kind of weird. There were a bunch of "windows" of the same scene traveling across the screen cutting in and out, giving you different persectives of the acting as it took place. I guess they were trying to make the movie like a comic book. Also, there was a lot of scenes that showed psychadelic images of cell formation and growth, things of that nature. I guess this is good if you're into LSD. I found it to be annoying after the 3rd, 4th, and 5th times it took place. Anyhow, don't see this movie because it isn't very good. |

I was in the mood for a CRAZY movie & this one delivered! However, it wasn't a very good movie. It's about a guy, who is a bad guy, that got got done in by another bad guy (original plot eh?) and he only had a couple hours to live. Trick was that he could live longer if he kept his adreneline up so the main character did all he could to stay alive a exact some revenge. Tons of action, violence, and . . . there was a sex scene that was rather interesting. So overall, a really bad movie but rather entertaining. A real "Check your brain at the door" type of film. See it at your own risk if you're in the mood. |
